TAKE A LETTER
While I was in church a few weeks ago, a pastor friend of mine, during his closing statements, made mention of a scripture he had been meditating on. It was out of Esther 8. He stated, almost in passing, that the king had given Esther the authority to write a letter reversing the letter of Haman, the enemy of the Jews. Something took off in my spirit and I began to read and study the scripture myself. And, being the teacher that I am, I began to dig and study until revelation came. I decided it would be a good time to share the word praying that it will be a blessing to someone other than myself. I will start with some introductory verses to set the foundation as this has to do with declaring and decreeing. You'll see what I mean.

Isaiah 46:10 states:
"Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, "My counsel shall stand and I will do all my pleasure."
Romans 4:17(b) tells us we are to call those things which be not as though they were. In other words, we call or declare or call into existence the desired result. Instead of confirming the current circumstance, we demand the current circumstance to be nothing and call into existence the desired result, according to the Word of God.
Job 22:28 states: Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. (KJV)
Amplified version puts it this way: You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God's favor] shall shine upon your ways.
We are kings and priests in the earth. 1 Peter 2:9 tells us we are a chosen generation, a "royal" priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
Kings decree and priests pray.
5 She said, "If it pleases the king, and if I have found favor before him, and the proposal seems proper before the king, and I be pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to countermand (To revoke (a former command); to cancel or rescind, to prohibit; to forbid; to reverse, to annul, to revoke, invalidate, overrule, abolish, NEUTRALIZE, DECLARE NULL AND VOID the command, judgment or decree by giving an order contrary to one previously given; ) those dispatches, (A letter with expedition, by a messenger express; or a letter on some affair of state, or of public concern; or a packet of letters, sent by some public officer, on public business) the scheme of Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, [in] which he had written to exterminate the Jews who are in all the king's provinces. 6 For how can I bear to witness the disaster which will befall my people?! How can I bear to witness the extermination of my kindred?!
8 You may write , (decree, statute, ordinance, enactment, legislation, proclamation, edict, law, order, STANDARD, PARADIGM, PROTOTYPE, PRECEDENT [(Law) a judicial decision which serves as a rule for future determinations in similar cases; an authority to be followed; forms of proceeding to be followed in similar cases. something done or said that may serve as an example to authorize a subsequent act of the same kind; an authoritative example]), concerning the Jews whatever is favorable in your eyes, in the name of the king, and seal it with the king's signet, for an edict (law) which is written in the king's name and sealed with the king's signet may not be revoked."
COUNTERMAND
I, , revoke, cancel, rescind, prohibit, forbid, reverse, annul, invalidate, overrule, abolish, NEUTRALIZE, DECLARE NULL AND VOID every dispatch, plot, plan, scheme, command, judgment or decree of the enemy, satan, towards me, my household, my family, my pastors and their families, those I am in relationship with, and the Body of Christ.
I DECREE AND DECLARE, PROCLAIM, LEGISLATE AND SET IN PLACE A NEW LAW, EDICT, ORDER, STANDARD, PARADIGM, PROTOTYPE, AND PRECEDENT AGAINST ALL THE PLOTS, PLANS, SCHEMES, SNARES AND TRAPS OF THE ENEMY DEVISED AGAINST MYSELF, FAMILY, PASTOR AND PASTOR'S FAMILY, FRIENDS, RELATIVES, THE BODY OF CHRIST AND DECLARE THEM NULL AND VOID. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER. I DECREE AND DECLARE SUPERNATURAL HEALTH, WEALTH AND PROSPERITY; I DECREE AND DECLARE SUPERNATURAL IDEAS, APPOINTMENTS, WITTY INVENTIONS, IN THE NAME OF KING JESUS, SIGNED AND SEALD WITH HIS BLOOD (SIGNET) WHICH MAY NOT BE REVOKED!
***Of course, you can change this Countermand around to fit your specific situation or circumstance. Just make sure it lines up with the word of God and you are decreeing and declaring in faith. ***
