STRATEGIC TARGETED PRAYER
Ephesians 6:12: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
Job 22:27-28: 27 "Thou shalt make thy prayer unto Him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thou vows. 28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
There is so much going on in the world today. Most of which is no very good. Governments are corrupt, there are earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters. People are being killed for no reason. Christians are being killed just for being Christians. Governments that have accepted Christianity in the past are now outlawing Christianity. So what is this that is happening. I believe time is imploding in on itself. I believe time is short. Time is moving faster than at any other time in history. It is imploding on itself.
Unfortunately, we as Christians have done little to stop what is happening. We have gotten caught up in the world's system & way of doing things rather than doing things according to the Word and the Kingdom of God of which we are citizens. We have voted corrupt people into government positions, ignoring the fact that their agenda is not God's agenda and that their platform is contrary to the Word of God. We have not stood against those who would try to stop prayer, Christian programming, removal of the words "in God we trust" from our money, removal of "one nation under God" from our pledge of alligence. We have stood by and have allowed the world to take over and impliment their programs.
Romans 1311-13 tells us:
11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
It is time to awake out of our slumber and move out of our comfort zones and arise and re-establish God's standards and principles bank in the place where they belong. It is time to make a difference in government, business, finance, education and othfre arenas. I think that as Christians we sometimes forget that we are not only the Body of Christ but we are also His army in this world. We have lost ranks and stepped out of our place. We have been distracted and we have joined forces with the enemy. God is bringing forth a new generation of soliders... those with a stealth assignment - that will work undercover to spread the gospel and to take back God's territory.
It is time to pray for the saints of God to arise in power, authority, boldness, compasion and re-establish God's authority in the earth. It is time for souls to come into the Kingdom of God. I cry for souls, for Jesus' inheritance. Pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit, pray that the world's corrupted systems will be shaken for only that which is pure and holy can stand. Pray for the salvation of world leaders, pray for the salvation of muslims to Jesus Christ, pray for the salvation of those who pursecute Christians. Pray for the children of the world for as satan always does he attacks the children of a generation just before a new move of God. The children were attacked when Moses was born, again when Jesus was born and other times throughout history and, now, in our time, children are being triained to kill, attracked to witchcraft, and other unholy things. God is raising up a new generation that will not break from the ranks but uphold holiness, righteousness, sanctification... they will be set apart ones. Pray for this new generation of saints.
