²³  And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, ²⁴ "Son of man, say to her: 'You are a land that is not cleansed or rained on in the day of indignation.' ²⁵ The conspiracy of her prophets in her midst is like a roaring lion tearing the prey; they have devoured people; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in her midst. ²⁶ Her priests have violated My law and profaned My holy things; they have not distinguished between the holy and unholy, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them. ²⁷ Her princes in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy people, and to get dishonest gain. ²⁸ Her prophets plastered them with untempered mortar, seeing false visions, and divining lies for them, saying, 'Thus says the Lord GOD,' when the LORD had not spoken. ²⁹ The people of the land have used oppressions, committed robbery, and mistreated the poor and needy; and they wrongfully oppress the stranger. ³⁰ So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. ³¹ Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads," says the Lord GOD.

The United States and its new administration are heading further and further away from the Biblical principles this country was built on. Without getting political or sounding politically incorrect, this nation has embraced homosexuality which is an abomination to God, abortion which is the shedding of innocent blood, men have become lovers of themselves, hungry for power, influence and riches by any means necessary.  America is slowly being turned into a socialistic, third-world country by those seeking political gain and asserting their own agenda contrary to the wishes of the majority of the citizens of the United States.  The nation has turned its back on Israel and the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and has reached out to those who worship false gods, making them allies and giving money to further their cause.

Ezekiel 23:28-30 continues:

²⁸ "For thus says the Lord GOD: 'Surely I will deliver you into the hand of those you hate, into the hand of those from whom you alienated yourself. ²⁹ They will deal hatefully with you, take away all you have worked for, and leave you naked and bare. The nakedness of your harlotry shall be uncovered, both your lewdness and your harlotry. ³⁰ I will do these things to you because you have gone as a harlot after the Gentiles, because you have become defiled by their idols.

Whether those in governmental authority realize it or not, they are feeding the enemy right out of their hand and, eventually, that enemy will turn on the United States and bring her to her knees if things do not change soon.  God is a God of love but He is also a God of judgment and I believe He is getting ready to judge America if things do not turn around.  God is seeking a people who will make a wall and stand in the gap before Him on behalf of the land, that He should not destroy it!  

Please pray for the United States, that she will humble herself and turn from her wicked ways and return back to the Biblical foundation upon which she was built.

2 Chronicles 7:14:

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Also, let's continue to pray for all the saints that live and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in hostile countries where men and women of God are beaten, killed or imprisoned for their stand for Christ.
